The Fleet Management module contains all pertinent information about every vehicle in your fleet. Set the Oil Change Mileage field to reflect how often you want the oil changed on each vehicle. When the vehicle is within 300 miles of needing an oil change, e-mails will be auto generated to whom ever you choose to receive them.
You will also be able to track maintenance on each vehicle as well as keeping accurate mileage logs and drivers of each vehicle. Click on the screen-shot to view a larger image. 
This is an example of a Mileage Report which you will be able to generate from anywhere, which is true for all reports, with just the click of your mouse. |
